- Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager, Customer Service - 05 Positions

Job Knowledge:


  • Develop and maintain Customer's PO, shipment booking and approval management.  
  • Effective planning for specific delivery with applicable schedule per set logistics procedure
  • Establishes and monitors customer service performance standards
  • Develop processes to identify customer problems and prompt resolution  
  • Work closely with customers, suppliers, third parties, carriers, counterparts to ensure smooth shipment
  • Follow up with Ops Team for daily cargo update & stuffing plan, carrier reporting, empty container placement, laden movement to port & shipment documentation etc.
  • Ability to manage exception, claim handling and faster decision making.

Must Have:


  • MBA/Masters from any reputed university
  • Prefer to have Diploma in Global Logistics/Transportation Systems/Supply Chain Management etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
  • Competent in MS-Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience:


  • 3/4 years industry experience.

  • Dhaka/Chittagong, Bangladesh
