Job Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain Customer's PO, shipment booking and approval management.
- Effective planning for specific delivery with applicable schedule per set logistics procedure
- Establishes and monitors customer service performance standards
- Develop processes to identify customer problems and resolve expeditiously
- Work closely with customers, suppliers, third parties, carriers, counterpart and system update team to ensure smooth shipment process from origin to destination
- Generate different reports on statistical analysis to update management/customers/counterparts
- Follow up with Ops Team for daily cargo update & stuffing plan, carrier reporting, empty container placement, laden movement to port, shipment documentation etc.
- Ability to manage exception, claim handling and faster decision making complying with Customer SOP and Company COC.
Must have:
- MBA/Masters from reputed university
- Prefer to have Diploma in Global Logistics/Transportation Systems/Supply Chain Management etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- Competent in MS-Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive and target oriented personality
- Have passion to grow in career
