Job Responsibilities

• The Ideal candidate should be a CA and should have worked as CFO of a large company, preferably in a publicly listed company.
• Budget and Treasury Management
• Budget variance analysis and report to the Management
• Find out effect of contribution margin and PV ratio for proper decision making
• Ensure cash receiving and timely disbursement of cash for smooth operation
• Feasibility analysis for investment of funds
• Managing optimum cash level to avoid cost of illiquidity
• maintain correspondence with Banks and Financial Institutions
• Accounts
• Monthly, Quarterly and yearly financial statements preparation and presentation in the board meeting
• Check cash book, general ledgers, party ledger and bank reconciliation statement
• Check Bank advice and statement of long term loan & short term loan
• Prepare adjusting journals
• Costing & MIS
• CVP analysis and reporting to higher authority
• Product cost analysis
• Company affairs
• Papers/Documents preparation for Board Meeting
• Attend in the Board Meeting and present financial statements in the Board Meeting
• Internal Control
• Develop internal check
• Review internal audit report
• Prepare plan and accordingly visit to factory to ensure internal check
• To keep and maintain ISO guideline, internal audit checklist, audit plan, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, ISA and Financial Policy & Procedure of Apex Tannery Ltd.

Job Location: Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
