Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target, growth target and profitability target.
• Analysis store’s target achievement, growth and take corrective action.
• Control stores’ operations.
• Coordination with HR, Merchandizing, Marketing, Distribution, Accounts, Design and development department.
• Data analysis of previous year to control the merchandise and staff requirement.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 25-32 years.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill (English and Bengali).
• Capable for extensive travel and visit market.
• Good Interpersonal skill.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office & Outlook.
• Able to work in a team as well as independently

Job Nature: Full-Time.

Educational Requirement:

• Business graduate from any reputed university.

Experience Requirement:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in retail business operation in any renowned company.
