Job Description / Responsibility:

• Must have strong Marketing skills and Experience on the Service Oriented Business and if preferable Product based on Migration Visa, Business Visa, Study Visa and other Visit Visas. Should have best knowledge about immigration rules & regulation of USA, UK, UE, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Singapore and Malaysia etc.
• Have to look after all aspects of the Marketing for Immigration, Visa Processing, Travel & Tours and ensuring that the entire service process runs smoothly.
• Must meet all clients and deal with all applicants face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable and service perfectly delivered.
• Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual marketing plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
• Company-wide committee facilitation including planning, production, staff and Board of Directors, including arranging meetings and agendas, attending meetings.
• Must be targeting oriented and experienced in working under pressure in the same field and fulfill motherly target through with Team Members.
• Should maintain liaison between top management and to the root and also act as a Bridge with the all Marketing members. Prepare the company forecasts, strategic marketing plans and Allocate human resources with Employee development and training.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Should have the mentality to fulfill monthly target and should be use own Reference/ Data for Marketing in First Month.

Job Nature:  Full-time 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Experience of Requirements:

• A minimum of five to seven years of experience in relevant field.
• The applicants also should have knowledge & quality in office management & administration.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 28 to 35 years (Good looking, physically fit, excellent presentation with communication, interpersonal and analytical skilled).

Salary Range:

• 30,000 BDT + Commission on total revenue earned by respective Department  (Only for Four to Six years   experienced applicant).
