Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety of assigned shift by following AMANN safety guidelines and carry out the safety jobs assigned by Engineering Manager.
• Attending machine breakdowns by setting the priority during the shift for the entire factory production area.
• Ensure utility services throughout the factory premises.
• Give proper guidelines to all the permanent and contracting agency workers of the assigned shift and lead them to develop performance driven culture.
• Performing preventive maintenance job as per the schedule.
• Ensure smooth operation of ETP during the shift duty and report for any abnormalities in that area.
• Control the efficiency of processes.
• Development of subordinates by imparting training to permanent & contracting agency workers.
• Ensure shift operations fully comply with relevant SOPs through routine monitoring and performance reviews.
• Define and implement corrective actions for all operational non-conformities.
• Motivating shift people towards desired outcome.
• Promoting teamwork with good understanding of behavior and motivation work.
• Effective communication with other related departments.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• Computer know-how is important.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office package is required.
• Problem solving and analytical skills and action oriented for improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in Maintenance Management System.
• Sound knowledge on Safety, Health and environment related laws.
• Positive attitude & ready to accept the challenges.
• Integrity & Honesty

Additional Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with textile industry is an added advantage.

Educational Requirements:

• BSC in EEE  from reputed University

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 Years’ experience.
