Job Description/Responsibility:

  • Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, and directs more junior Innovators when necessary;
  • Oversees the administration of the company's LAN, & WAN;
  • Handle the POS software to generate report, maintenance the software to getting report smoothly;
  • Keep update the software according to the requirement;
  • Oversees troubleshooting, software and network operating system, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary;
  • Be familiar with all hardware and software, network operating system;
  • Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems;
  • Provide orientation to new users of existing technology, train staff about potential uses of existing technology, train staff about new and potential use;
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources;
  • Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products;
  • Implement the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies of the Company;
  • Keep update to the manager that company IT/MIS assets are maintained responsibly;
  • Provide technical support to the users;
  • Solve the technical problem pc, networking, virus etc.

 Job Nature: Full time

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information System from any reputed Institute.

Experience: 

  • MUST have minimum 2-3 years. Experiences on Pathology, Clinic or Hospital sector will get preference.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Compute Hardware/Network Companies

Additional Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wireless configurations to include experience
  • Experience with support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for server systems & network.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently.
  • Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
