General Manager, HR & Admin

Job Description/Responsibility:

  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically for better management reporting, information flow and business process and organizational planning
  • Ensure quality service for customer satisfaction and generation of expected Revenue
  • Capacity to manage within Revenue and Expense
  • Responsible for overall planning, systems, control, implementation and ensure efficiency
  • Development of individual program budgets for Finance assistance
  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements of each function (Doctor, Lab, HR, IT, Billing & Customer service)
  • Implement and maintain all Company administrative policies and procedures for its smooth operations
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.
  • Meeting and greetings visitors at all level of seniority.
  • Giving assistants for Organizing meeting and ensuring all levels of logistic support.
  • Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
  • Mail correspondence.
  • Filing information of daily visitors and callers accordingly
  • Follow up with visitors and contact potential target clients;
  • Office maintenance.
  • Maintain all procurement requirements of office supply.
  • Carry out management instructions;
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals, where necessary.
  • Supporting to the HR & Admin department manager and staffs.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.

 Job Nature: Full time

Education Requirements

  • MUST have Master’s in any functional subject or related field. Master’s in Business Administration will be considered as advantage.

Experience

  • MUST have minimum 3-4 years.
  • Must have Experiences in Pathology/Lab, Clinic or Hospital sector in HR & Admin.

Additional Requirements:

  • MUST have strong command in English.
  • MUST have organizational skills, computer and interpersonal skills.
