AKSID Corp. is a sales and distribution firm for foreign manufactured products. We have over 20 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects. We also represent the largest construction chemical manufacturer in the world, who is currently active in 100+ countries and has annual revenue of seven billion USD. We are looking to expand our sales force and gain a larger market share through a sales team who is knowledgeable and professionally trained.
Many of our client’s construction based products are already in the market and well known within construction companies, developers, and the army. We are the exclusive distributor of our client’s products. However, AKSID Corp. wants more growth. Bangladesh is full of construction projects, and every single project can utilize our products and services. Our products can save our customers time and money while they use products which are globally recognized and trusted. We only sell and market Business to Business and/or commercial clients. |

Job Description: Commercial Sales Executive/ Sr. Executive, the role is including but not limited to:
- Approaching and finding new customers who need our products and services.
- Visiting commercial clients, in-person, and creating brand awareness.
- Generating sales leads and increasing the customer base via cold calling, site visits, and networking.
- Effectively communicating with customers the benefits of our products and evaluating their needs.
- Producing and maintaining customer relationships, records and purchase histories.
- Reaching monthly quotas, setting targets, and tracking performance.
- Creating a professional and effective sales pitch / technique.

- Pharmaceuticals
Qualifications:
Experience
- 3 - 5 years, with team management experience
- Sales Training
Education
Skills
- Self-motivated salesperson who is confident in approaching new prospective customers.
- Strong communication skills to confidently, professionally and clearly present products and services.
- Working independently
- Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products
- Motivated by a performance based pay structure.
- Proficient in creating word Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents.
Working Conditions:
- Mostly visiting clients, in person, at factories, construction sites, customer’s offices
- Coming to the office to attend meetings, training sessions, and writing reports.
- Travel to Chittagong maybe necessary, but rare
Work Hours:
- Sunday to Thursday, 9:30am – 6pm
- Half days on Saturday
- Minimal amount of being “on-call”
Salary is performance based with a 3 month probationary period. |
