Job Responsibilities

• We urgently need TAX /VAT practitioner who can manage multiple and challenging tax/vat engagements and contribute to sales tax and planning ideas thereof for our different clients. The position offers excellent opportunities for teaming, leader advancement for the eligible candidates.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with CA course completion.
  
• A degree/advanced degree with emphasis in accounting, finance or related fields inclusive of law is highly desirable.

• Properly handling of company's/organizational taxes and vat matters.
  
• Dealing with individual taxes.
  
• Preparation of company's/ organizational accounts.
  
• Manage the work of client services as member of team and actively participate and contribute to attain the goal of the team.
  
• Proficient in drafting of Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company and Registration thereof. Preparation of share transfer documents, AGM & EGM related all works/ others works relating to Registrar, Joint Stock Companies and Firms.
  
• Additional Job Requirements:
  
• Tax consultation/ other consultation experiences in the field of business/industry/other fields.
  
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
  
• Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
