Job Title: Travel Consultant
Job Description / Responsibility
- Answering Calls and respond to emails
- Make outbound calls for business promotion
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email regarding Airlines Ticketing and Hotel booking.
- Manage and resolve customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls/issues to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete Call logs
- Produce call reports
Job Nature
- Full-time. Two Shift (3.00pm to 11.00pm) and (10:00 pm to 6:am)
- Time Negotiable for female
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Fresh candidate can apply
- Experience in a call centre or customer service environment will be given preference
Additional Job Requirements
- Should have strong listing skill in UK English
- Must have strong verbal and written language proficiency in English
- Should be proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
- Possess good data entry and typing skills
