Product Development Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

• Prepare and implement effective sales & promotional plan for the assigned products
• Product development should have formulation, development, and industrial manufacturing of an agro based product.
• Should have knowledge of market based knowledge about any newly marketed product of other competitor company.
• Gather market intelligence by developing an effective network, sources and reports.
• Visit market frequently to formulate competitive marketing strategy according to prevailing market condition.
• Prepare marketing plan, yearly sales budget and profit & loss statement for assigned products.
• Product development should have knowledge of manufacturing and marketing strategy of a new product.
• Work closely with Regulatory affairs department for searching new molecules, finding alternative sources of existing molecules and
• Generate innovative ideas of product diversification for future requirement.
• Design effective sales program in line with current market scenario.
• Registration & label extension related issues all other activities.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: B.S.C / Masters in Agriculture

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Requirements

•  Minimum 5- 6 years of work experience in marketing & branding will be given preference.
• Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills.
• Excellent IT proficiency.
• Business acumen & knowledge on marketing tools.
• Willingness for extensive travelling.
