Job Description / Responsibility

  • Monitor the process in preparing monthly Salary Sheet
  • Develop, maintain and update the company organogram and overall Manpower planning of the company.
  • Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
  • To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Vehicle mantaiance & Compensation benefit & incentive scheme.
  • Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the company.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive
  • Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within industry.
  • Forecast budget for salary increases.
  • Prepare appropriate recruitment plan to support talent sourcing, manage the recruiting process and ensure the timely and accurate implementation.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • MBA, major in Human Resource Management
  • PGD in HRM is preferable.

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS/HR Database Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies, Manufacturing  & Multinational Companies

Job Requirements

  • Age 25 to 45 year(s)
  • Knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of 4 years related experience in benefits or human resources environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits and Labor Law

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
