Aftab Bahumukhi Farms Limited is subsidiary concern of Islam Group of Bangladesh. The company started business operations in Bangladesh since 1992. We have expanded our business in different locations in Bangladesh. That’s why we are looking for the competent, experienced individual for our Poultry Process & Further Process Plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Applicant should handle brand building, branding & sales, production & food safety standards, product formulation for localized palette acceptability.
• Training staff in Chilled/Frozen meat handling & product knowledge, retail & manufacturing & distribution in agro food industry covering a larger food, dairy, FMCG to processed food formulation, processing & manufacturing & distribution in different format scales in Bangladesh.  
• Achievement in market dominance in Dairy, Poultry Process & Further Process Food, Beverage, Poultry & Bovine Meat Primary Processing manufacturing & distribution and retailing sectors.
• Business plan & strategies, food processing technology, selection of state of the art technology equipments & look after with control factory & corporate management.

We Require:

• Bachelor or A level with training in brand & product management, procurement & training on quality planning, systems review any agro production industries or relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in relevant field.
• Position requires advanced knowledge in agricultural business.
• Fluency in English & computer proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel is a must.
