SUMMARY:
Purpose of the Position: effectively and efficiently facilitate implementation of shelter and camp management support to the Rohingya people at the project level to ensure the camp communities are empowered as per ADRA Bangladesh standards

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor degree from any recognized university of Bangladesh or H.SC with at least 1 year experience in the relevant jobs
- Some administrative experience

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- He/she participates to the collection of data and to the identification of the beneficiaries within the communities
- Identification of target groups through the communities
- Maintaining Communication with Community leaders (Majhi, Religious Leader and etc)
- Collect accurate data's at the community level
- Assist in conducting baseline survey
- Assist in conducting baseline survey
- Organize Meeting and training
- Take part in the shelter distribution and other distribution
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Salary will be according to specific budgetary allocation.
