SUMMARY:
The position will require the staff to regularly look for opportunities to develop proposal and to assess and pursue funding opportunities under the supervision of the Emergency Response Coordinator and Programs Director. The individual will need to have strong analytical skills and a high competency in project development and proposal writing.

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Management or any other related field.
- Experience on Development for at least 05 years social work in rural /urban area, especially in relation with development programs in the NGO sector. In similar or equal position
- Commitment to ADRA’s mission, beliefs and core values
- Experience on writing Proposals and reports
- Strong experience on the field in similar projects
- Visionary and critical thinking skills
- Excellent financial management skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to undertake travel as required
- Computer knowledge.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English and Bengali.
- Highly articulate individual with excellent written communications and presentation skills.
Desirable:
- Current passport or the ability to apply for one.
- Driving skills with valid Licenses
Role:
- Providing technical support to the country office and the team in Cox’s-Bazar to aid the development of proposals
- Review and finalizing of proposals and distribution for approval as required
- Carry out the directives of the Programs Director and/or Emergency Response Coordinator
- Review and finalizing of project reports and submission to higher management
- Need to perform any other task advised by supervisor/concerned personnel.
