Assistant Manager, Accounts & Admin

Vacancy: 01 (One)

Nature of the job: Full time

Location: Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Responsible to prepare all financial statements, financial reports, management reports.
  • Recording transactions, keeping detail records and filing documents appropriately.
  • Establishing budgetary control over various projects and various projects accounting.
  • Preparing cash budget/ cash forecast.
  • Supervision all banking transaction and monthly bank reconciliation and updates accounts accordingly.
  • Calculation of VAT, VDS, Tax & TDS etc. and depositing to the Bank through treasury challan to ensure proper compliance with VAT & Tax Act and rules.
  • Payroll preparation and processing
  • Cash Management – invoicing, collections, cash control, suppliers and 3rd party payments
  • Maintaining petty cash
  • Other jobs assigned by the management.

 

Educational Requirements

  • BBA & MBA (Major in Accounting) from Reputed University
  • CA CC completed from reputed audit firm will get preference

Experience Requirements

  • 2 -3 years’ experience in the field of accounting/ audit or finance

Job Requirements

  • Detail knowledge of Income Tax Ordinance 1984, Value Added Tax 1991
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), E-mailing & Bangla typing.
  • Self-starter
  • Good communication skills, Proactive, Ability to work under pressure.

Salary Range: Negotiable
