Manager - Business Development

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaising with local authorities such as BEZA, BIWTA, Petro Bangla etc. and tracking and monitoring the activities related to ongoing projects and tenders.
• Maintain good control on Bangladesh Ports, Industrial Estate and Gas businesses Authorities.
• Assist reporting manager in preparation of monthly reviews, business presentations, internal memos, external and Government notes and communications.
• Understand the Industrial landscape and invite industries undergoing expansion to set up facility in the upcoming industrial estates in Bangladesh.
• Establish connect with major players in Bangladesh in above identified sectors and showcase the group’s strength in order to create business synergy

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business/Engineering from any recognized university.
• 6-8 years in Business development/ Marketing with an exposure to government liaising/ similar function
• Excellent communication skill with good command on written and spoken English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operational knowledge of SAP / ERP system
