• Business Graduate from reputed University, minimum 4-5 years of work experience in freight forwarding/logistics Company.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan, managing the sales team
• Patient and persistent, Excellent command in written and spoken English
• Strong management skills with good business instinct and excellent communication skills
• Result oriented & self-driven, Strong analytical skills
