Job Requirements:

• Graduate from reputed University with major in HRM, minimum 4-5 years of work experience as HR manager or equivalent post.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law and HR best practices knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Job Location: Dhaka/Chittagong

Salary Range: Negotiable on the basis of qualification
