Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
- Understanding and working with windows Server / configuration of Windows server
- Communication with Head IT team (foreign expatriate) to do run set up in BD office.
- Follow up with IT installment & set up.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
- Providing support, including procedural documentation;
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Educational Requirements
- Graduate in Computer Sscience/ Engineering from any reputed university or Science Graduate with practical experience in any MNC for IT support.
Additional Job Requirements
- Fluent in Both English & Bangla
- Very strong English writing skill
Experience Requirements: Min 3 Years work experience.
Job Location: Dhaka

- Good customer orientation and able to work under pressure
