Job Description / Responsibility: |

- The candidate must have above 12 years experience in respective field in well reputed high compliance industry dealing with top international brands like as M&S, C&A, H&M, NEXT, ZARA, American Eagle, Mango, Puma etc.
- Supervision, public relations, marketing profitability and sales, service, reporting, capital requirements, and other duties as assigned by the board of directors
- Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
- Maintain proper KPI target/ Ratio
- Must be able to handle Buyers independently
- Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.
- Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets
- Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.
- Communicate with suppliers for raw materials booking and delivery.
- Plan and follow up external factories for timely shipment.
- Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Graduate/ Masters from any reputed recognized University.

- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
