To further extent of its services throughout the Dhaka City, WELL FOOD, DHAKA is searching some talents in following positions for its new operations in BONASREE UTTARA and BOSHUNDHARA outlets.

Positions: OUTLET IN-CHARGE

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To implement & maintain company standards on outlet operations & services.
  • To ensure timely outlet opening & closing, cleaning, receiving & displaying goods.
  • To deliver & ensure quality customer service through effective team performance.
  • To monitor, lead & develop staff related activities such as duty schedule, attendance and leave count etc.
  • To increase outlet sales and to create a large pool of corporate customer/institute sales in adjacent areas of outlet.
  • To keep sales records/customer into POS software and to prepare a daily order sheet & listing of wastages.
  • To accountable for handling & reporting daily cash sales & outlet expenses.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Must be graduate/post graduate; will be relaxed for experienced
  • Must have 2-4 years work experiences in a renowned fast food shop in Dhaka
  • 1-2 years of experiences to work for IN-CHARGE position.
  • Should have basic computer knowledge & able to handle sales software (POS)
  • Able to lead & motivate outlet team of Sales Crews.
