Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) is going to recruit the flowing positions for the project of   Right to Protection and Participation (R2PP) Project at Nilphamari District supported by Plan International Bangladesh

Position: Project Coordinator (PC) (Position-1)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Common understanding of empowerment & Committed to working with community to change their live especially children and youth.
  •  Should have minimum understanding on child act 2013, UNCRC and different policy for ensure child rights and their protection.
  • Aware the child protection policy and follow it properly.
  • Should have youth lead advocacy and also expertise on develop and facilitate the advocacy initiatives.
  • Organizing child organization and enhancing their capacity to ensuring the rights of other children’s
  • Experience in working impact assessment used various types of tools for future plan and prepared the qualitative case study and various types of narrative reports.
  • Capacity building of civil society organization, youth network and organization through providing training, conducting workshop, sharing meeting.
  • Liaison with government and non-government offices to enhance access of marginalized & excluded peoples to the resources and services.
  • Organize public event to sensitize stake holders on the children issues.
  • Reporting of each program or activity will be an essential part of his/ her duties along with the quarterly and annual report.
  • Maintain relationship with external stakeholders in upazila, district and abroad to maximize Project & organizational efforts.
  • Participate in local & national forums, networks, seminars on the related issues.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Master Degree from any reputed University / Institution. 
  • Minimum 7 (seven) years of practical experiences in development activities especially on child rights and protection issue.
  • Should have skills of speaking and report writing in English & Bangla
  • Computer skills on Microsoft Office Package.
  • Experience on used of various type monitoring tools for impact assessment.  
  • Willing to drive motor cycle and should have valid driving license.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 45 years.  

Salary Range

  • Starting TK. 40000 to 45000/-(Monthly) and others admissible benefits as per organization and project policy.
