Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) is going to recruit the flowing positions for the project of Girl Power project (GPP) at Nilphamari District supported by Plan International Bangladesh.

Position: Technical officer-GPP

Location: Any Upazila under Nilphamari District

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a details implementation plan for the project as per budget
  • Ensure proper implementation of  Girl Power Project activities
  • Maintain liaison with Govt. officers, Upazila chairman, UP, CSO and other stake holders
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Provide technical support to the Girl & young women forum and CSO where necessary.
  • Support  to organizing and Conduct Training, Workshop, Refreshers and Orientation
  • Capacity building of civil society organization (CSO) through providing training, conducting workshop, sharing and meeting.
  • Prepare activities wise report, monthly, quarterly ,different success stories & Annual report in time and send to respective authority
  •  Documenting project data and information at the Project Office
  • Reportable to  Project Coordinator

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor Degree from any reputed University / Institution. 
  • Minimum 3 (Three) years of practical experiences in development activities especially child rights, girls and women rights program
  • Computer skills on Microsoft Office Package.
  • Willing to drive motor cycle and should have valid driving license.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 40 years.  

Salary Range

  • 15000-16000/- (Monthly)  and others admissible allowance as per organization policy.
