In this job role you'll use your expertise in translating IT requirements into great design, as well as development and assembly of components, coding, unit testing and documentation, to create custom information systems for our clients.
- Applicants should be SOFTWARE specialists who primarily apply their technical skills in internal or external services and implementations.
- This Role will design, develop, re-engineer and support ERP application solutions using the IBM Maximo application and related frameworks and technologies. Responsibilities will include application components design, integration of software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms,
- This Role would be responsible for design, development, testing and support of reports, interfaces, data conversions and enhancements using IBM Maximo and related tools.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT:
One (1) to five (5) years coding/development experience with:
- Interface writing
- Java/J2EE
- WebSphere
- XML
- PL SQL
- Oracle 9i or later
- Report Writers: Actuate, SQR, Crystal
EXPERIENCE IN:
- XML, including deployment of web services
- MS SQL Server.
- Visual Basic, .Net and C++
- IBM Maximo Certification ( Will Train for Certification )
- IBM Maximo Enterprise Adapter/MIF ( Will Train for Certification )
- Provide technical services over the entire lifecycle of a project
- Conduct ERP (IBM Maximo) installations and upgrades.
- Lead or assist in data conversion and migration efforts
- Configure Maximo and assist in the development of interfaces to external systems
- Conduct system testing as necessary
- Assist users as necessary in support of go-live activities
OVERALLL QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Business related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three (3) years experience as an Application/Software Developer
- Minimum three (3) years ERP experience, IBM Maximo experience a plus
- Minimum two (2) years hands-on experience in a technical position with the implementation and utilization of fully integrated enterprise asset management (EAM) system
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a project team environment
- Strong project team experience with multiple successful ERP/EAM project implementations (IBM Maximo preffered)
- Fluent in English (Spoken and written)
