Job Description / Responsibility
- Must have the mentality to receive and handle calls 24/7
- Meeting provide sales target is a MUST
- Perform multi-tasking job duties under pressure.
- Collect customer's feedback and ability to give required support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide help and advice to customers using organization’s products or services.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill.
- Issuing refunds or compensation to customers.
- Good knowledge about the product chain and delivery chain.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service that the organization is providing.
- Producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer Packages/software.
- Writing reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provides.
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department.
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
- Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals.
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.
- Learning about your organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes
- Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.
Job Nature
Full Time: (10.00 PM – 7.00 PM)
Educational Requirements- Graduated from any reputed university in any discipline.
Experience Requirement- Minimum 5-8 years is a MUST. Experience in travel sector will get preference.

- Age 26 to 32 year(s)
- English Medium background is preferred, not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skill
- Computer Literacy is must.
- Ability to navigate through software applications.
- Punctual
- Good social skills
Job Location- Dhaka
Salary Range- 20000- 35000 BDT
