Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager– Sales & Markeing

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Responsible for increasing sales, client & vendor portfolio, signing up with new companies & clients, creating B2B & B2C relationship with target business companies or customers.
  • Responsible for increasing customer portfolio of air ticketing, hotel reservation, transport ticketing and tourism operation.
  • Ability to work out a target oriented sales and to manage a marketing team and Identify Potential customers’/business opportunity - query & setup (call/mail) to customer (visit/meeting).
  • Developing segmentation and product roadmap, reducing costs and Increasing revenue, performing risk mitigation and market intelligence, developing product and Market, developing promotion strategies, Maintaining communications and company growth.
  • Knowledge of the hotel industry policies, procedures, and strategies
  • Knowledge of effective telemarketing techniques and procedures
  • Ability to plan and host domestic and international sales calls and
    social and business functions.
  • Ability to travel to various locations to make presentations and
    sales calls
  • Ability to develop tour itineraries, programs, venues, functions,
    entertainment, travel arrangements.

Job Nature

  • Full Time: (10.00 PM – 7.00 PM)

Educational Requirements

  • Graduate/MBA/Equivalent degree from reputed university.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in travel and hospitality industry is a MUST.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age- 28 years to 35 years.
  • English Medium Background is preferred, not mandatory.
  • Preferred knowledge in e-commerce and digital IT technology, ITES Company, airlines, hotels, GDS, GSA, travel agency, amusement park, event management etc.
  • Must be decisive and street smart, innovative, willing to work endless hours (if required).
  • Must be a good business strategist and have good people and client relationship management skills.
  • Must have an open mind and a desire to work with the everyday struggles and grinds of technology start up with limited resources.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken & writing).
  • Must be well versed in MS Office, internet Skill set and in other software skills.
  • Must be Proactive, Self-Driven, Self-Motivated Punctual & Good social skills.

Salary Range- 20000- 40000 BDT
