QA Inspector: Principle Accountabilities of the Incumbent are mentioned below:

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assignments at the discretion of the QA Manager i.e. CIP programme factory governance and other specific assignments.
• To lead initiative assuring Target Australia quality standard are clearly understood and maintained at all suppliers and factories by conducting meetings
• Provide feedback to QA Manager regarding supplier/factory performance in inspections.
• Input quality inspections data into the company GBSS inspection module as scheduled.
• Facilitate quicker decision making by escalating inspection failures faster
• Train and communicate Target’s quality standards to all suppliers
• Support suppliers/factories in the use of GBSS quality inspection module.
• Live the Target values and culture within the team and across the organisation
• Identify and report safety concerns, demonstrate safe working behaviour and lead by example to establish a safe workplace

Job Requirements:

• College background or any technical training.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Apparel/Textile quality inspecting or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication skills with solid people skills and a real team player approach.
• Strong verbal and written English and local language capability.
• Knowledge and experience in quality management, defect prevention and consumer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written English and local language
• Strong IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications
