Packaging Developer: Principle Accountabilities of the Incumbent are mentioned below:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the TSSO & TAS Merchandising Teams to deliver accurate packaging on time.
  • Evaluate packaging as specified by the company to ensure compliance to Target standards
  • Create in-house packaging artwork & templates when required
  • Provide training & support for suppliers to ensure style guide compliance
  • Source suitable packaging manufacturers in Asia
  • Research trends and new improved packaging options

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in packaging / graphic design
  • Vast experience in artwork development for retailers / brands
  • Knowledge of packaging constructions and costs
  • Commercial knowledge
  • Solid experience in MS and MAC design software – word/excel/illustrator/photoshop
