HR Manager: Principle Accountabilities of the Incumbent are mentioned below:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business to resolve employee relations issues
  • Counsel and coach managers on various employee matters such as performance management and answering queries related to compensation and benefits and other HR policies
  • Partner with the business managers to ensure on-time recruitment of open roles
  • Implement HR policies uniformly across the assigned business unit
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HRIS and other HR projects
  • Conduct exit interviews and the separation process for leavers
  • Provide the business with accurate and timely organisation structure charts and other HR reports
  • Partner with the Head of HR to successfully complete and land business change projects
  • Lead the Target values and culture within the team and across the organisation
  • Identify and report safety concerns and demonstrate safe working behaviour to establish a safe workplace

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ related work experience in a similar sized organisation
  • Background in retail or sourcing is preferable
  • Must demonstrate the ability to focus on details and on accuracy
  • Good knowledge of HRIS , IPL and compensation and benefits is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written English and local language
  • Strong IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications
