Fabric Technologist: Principle Accountabilities of the Incumbent are mentioned below:

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement processes to ensure fabric quality and colour consistency across different suppliers
• Review and make approval on 3rd party lab test reports
• On time monitoring of fabric for performance throughout the critical path
• Manage risks and escalate critical issues related to fabric on time
• Evaluate capabilities of the mill by visiting the mill periodically
• Participate in weekly meeting with stakeholders to provide updates of on-going issues
• Maintain colour consistency of products. Approval of bulk fabric colours, setup shade band and conduct technical review and approval on bulk issues
• Live the Target values and culture within the team and across the organisation
• Identify and report safety concerns, demonstrate safe working behaviour and lead by example to establish a safe workplace

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Woven / Knit Fabrics
• Pass the Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue Test with superior class
• Experience of  international physical and chemical testing methods of soft line products Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Strong verbal and written English and local language
• Strong IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications
