Position: Support Engineer (Data Center + Branch) (Officer/AO)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Different banking software support
  • Data center power management
  • Data center operation shifting duty
  • Data center Hardware/Software support
  • Communication with the vendors and maintain different types of documents for SLA (service level agreement), AMC (annual maintenance contract) and different license of the software/services
  • Data Centre different types of Air conditioner operation.
  • Fire detection system management.
  • Generator operation, trouble shooting and management.

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma in CSE/EEE/ME(Mechanical Engineering)/PE (Power Engineering)/B.Sc in CSE/Bachelor in CS/ Bachelor in IT/M.Sc  in CS/M.Sc in IT from a reputed institute/university
  • Minimum 03 years of experience
