To cater to the emerging need of Shariah Auditor in Islamic Banking and Faculty Member for Standard Bank Training Institute, SBL looks for self driven and result oriented banking individual possessing the mentioned qualities, experience and abilities for filling up the required positions:

1) Murakib (Shariah Auditor) on Contract (EO-FAVP):

Required knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Postgraduation  (preferably with Madrasa  Background)
  • At least 10 years Islamic Banking experience in General Banking, Investment, Foreign Trade or at least 05 years experience as Murakib (Shariah Auditor) of any Islamic Bank.
  • Minimum 2nd  class in all academic levels

Essentials duties and responsibilities

  • Shariah auditing of Islami Banking Wing and Windows.
  • Preparing audit reports & submitting those to Shariah Supervisory Committee & the Bank Management.       

 

2) Faculty Member of Training Institute:

Required knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Postgraduation in any discipline
  • At least 10-15 years banking experience (preferably as training faculty)
  • Minimum 2nd class in all academic levels
  • Excellent facilitation skill       
  • Age not exceeding 45 years as on 30.11.2014

Essentials, duties and responsibilities

  • Formulating annual training calendar
  • Designing training schedule of the courses/workshops as per training calendar
  • Organizing training courses / workshops
  • Designing the course curriculum in assistance with Head of HR and Principal of Training Institute
  • Developing reading materials and composing  training books
  • Conducting participants’ evaluation
  • Ensuring IT based teaching along with using modern training aids
  • Preparing TNA with Head of HR and Principal Training Institute
  • Maintaining training database
  • Formulating training budget
  • Coping  with new issues and technologies on banking and launching training programs accordingly
  • Making correspondences and preparing reports relating to training
  • Maintaining  close contact with HR Team on soft skills and regular banking trainings.
