Srizony Bangladesh, a national Socio-economic development organization, has been working in the field of renewable energy, livelihood, health, education, sanitation, savings & credit, social forestation, human rights & good governess, Community Radio Program and other development activities since 1985 with a view to socio-economic development and human rights establishment of the poverty-stricken underprivileged people. Srizony Bangladesh works all over the country in 60 districts with its 3540 capable, potential and committed staffs.

Now Srizony Bangladesh is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its Renewable Energy Program (REP).

Job summary:

The COO will be responsible for overall management of Renewable Energy Program operations.  The COO will be the head of the Program. The successful COO will liaison with IDCOL ,other donors and stakeholders. Although this position will be based in Jhenidah, the COO will spend 10 to 15 days in a month in project operation areas for field visit and other purposes as required.

Basic Requirements:

• Masters in any discipline / B.Sc. Engineer
• More than 10 years experience of working in the field of Renewable Energy especially in Solar Home System Program in any reputed organization at top level position
• Self-reliant, ability to work under pressure and enjoys challenges
• Strong management, networking and negotiation skills
• Strong computer and reporting skills
• Good Communication skills in written and spoken English

Salary: Monthly 40,000 with other admissible benefits offered by the Organization. Higher salary may be offered for highly experienced candidate (Negotiable).
