Job Title: Barista

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager.
Responsible For: Bar Area.

Job Responsibilities& Duties:

• Welcomes Customer by determining their coffee interests and needs.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and promotes coffee consumption by answering customers query.
• Must have well knowledge about difference in coffee beans and coffee preparation machine.
• Must have well knowledge about how modern brewing equipment’s work and about its maintenance.
•  Well knowledge about preparing coffee drinks and different type of recipes also with their preparation techniques.
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies, pastries and cookies for coffee bar.
• To ensure that all hygienic requirements are properly followed.
• Update job knowledge by studying and perticipating in anything coffee related educational books, magazines, journals and opportunities.

Education and Experience:

• H.S.C. or more
• Must Have atleast 3 years experience.

Computer Skills:

• Working knowledge of various computer software programs related to culinary industry.

Language Skill:

• Must be fluent in talking Bangla and English both.
