Position Summary:

The Business Operation Manager will be responsible for managing business operations of the company and ensure that the organization achieve its set goal, smooth running of its all existing projects, continuous & uninterrupted support for clients, maximum growth in existing clients. Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the business development and growth of the company by being responsive to US sales team by working with the Dhaka team and obtaining the requested information needed for prospective or existing clients in a timely and effective manner.

Job Description Or Key Responsibility Area/s:

  • Prepare Annual Business Plan at the starting of the year considering future opportunities and threats.  In addition, work with the US team to understand the Sales and Marketing Plan's target markets and new service offers needed for more business and include in the delivery model plans.
  • Continuously seeks ways to improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness and profitability and develop practical strategies that will enhance the achievements of the organization’s set goals and objectives.
  • Improve the operational and technical systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
  • Set the effective goals aiming for better quality, escalating processes, high speed and efficiency.
  • Directly supervise the work of all Account Manager including mentoring, coaching, and providing advice on procedures/work methods.
  • Assist to develop detailed work plans, direct project teams, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Guide all Project Managers through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience.
  • Any new business opportunities discovered through media, referrals, industry events, friends, amongst others, discuss with sales team to prioritize and make aware.
  • Identify new industries/ verticals to grow the business and assist sales team.
  • Working with US and Dhaka teams, develop delivery strategies for existing portfolio and new services offerings which will expand the business.
  • Develop and deliver business development and sales expansion strategies for existing portfolio.
  • Design new service offerings and identify new business ventures and avenues in this sector.
  • With colleagues, regularly review market and costs of designated Key Accounts, assessing potential opportunities for improvement, a better competitive position, or to save costs of project execution.
  • Lead the team to prepare and provide open cases resolution for good performance in client services.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of all Projects. Prepare and provide reports with analysis to Top management.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduation from any Public or Reputed Private University with Major/Concentration in CSE/Physics.
  • Post Graduation in any discipline.
  • Candidate from IBA will get preference.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 – 10 years in Sales, Business Development Or Operations in ICT sector/industry.

Additional Job/ Skill Requirements and Instruction:

  • Exceptional English Oral and Written Communication Skills.
  • Must have experience in Resource Planning, Managing & Monitoring MIS, developing different process to ensure smooth operation of business.
  • Trained/Skilled in Sales & Project Management
  • CRM experience will get preference.
  • Business Graduate/s with sound IT knowledge and expertise may apply.
