Job Description / Responsibility:
- Direct and Control Marketing and Sales of the Organization, who shall be guided and assigned by the management;
- Responsible to control overall marketing and sales of the restaurant;
- Ensure promotion of sales of the restaurant and make ideas and policies of sales promotion through personal contacts, meetings, visits, advertisements, sponsoring events etc.;
- Update weekly to the management about the progress of sales and marketing;
- Plan and conduct new policies and ideas monthly basis as monthly program and present it to the management for implementation for the following month and foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
- Provide the information to the management for developing sales and marketing strategic approach and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan;
- Advice, guide and support the management in adopting best sales and marketing practices in achieving management goal;
- Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/ status as assigned by the management.
- Keep himself update about the daily, weekly and monthly sales and update the management and development thereof;
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management;

Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 05 to 10 year(s) as Marketing Executive in similar organization.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Marketing/ Hotel / Restaurant / Administration.
- Must be fluent in English Speaking, understanding and speaking Chinese Language will be considered additional qualification.
- Computer skill is must including MS Words, Excel and Power Point Presentation.
