Job Description / Responsibility:
- Direct and Control overall HR, Admin;
- Responsible to control overall administration of the restaurant, sales, receive of bills, keep daily accounts of sales and update according to the management, marketing, purchasing, take care of the guests / clients, keep note of complaints.
- Ensure purchase, receiving and stock of daily food staffs, beverage & water and ensure standard and quality of food, other essentials required in the kitchen.
- Monthly / weekly / daily timely payment of salaries for the staffs, workers, suppliers, any other payment required for running the restaurant.
- The applicants must have sound knowledge in the Bangladesh Labour Law and latest amendment made on Labour Law;
- Ensure the Training and Development Programmes are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge, skills, health and safety programs;
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
- Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment;
- Effective liaison with local Govt. Authorities, and others as and when required;
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management;
- Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
- Advice, guide and support the management in adopting best HR Practices across the Organization;
- Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/ status as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree from any branch, higher degree and diploma in HRM or MBA or Hotel Management is preferable from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 year(s) as Managerial works in similar restaurant or Chinese restaurant or Foreign Chain Food Shops.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hotel / Restaurant HR Administration.
- Must be fluent in English Speaking, understanding and speaking Chinese Language will be considered additional qualification.
- Computer skill is must including MS Words and Excel.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant and Hotel business.
