We are looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals who can perform in the following position of a reputed Bank’s Call Centre.
Position: Customer Service Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide product and service related information
- Receive and escalate customer requests and complaints
- Able to handle inbound and outbound calls where required
- Capable to handle customer queries through live chat and email
- Document all call information according to Standard Operating Procedure
- Record details of actions taken
Employment Status: Contractual
Academic Qualification:
- Minimum 4 Years of Graduation/Masters from a reputed university or equivalent degree with no third division/class in any public examination
Competencies:
- Age not over 30 years as on July 31, 2018
- Have good command in English and Bengali (Oral and Written)
- Must be able to learn quickly to acquire the product and process knowledge
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
- Willing to work 24/7 roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Hard working and ability to work under stress
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
