MONITORING EVALUATION LEARNING & ACCOUNTABILITY -MEAL ASSISTANT

Job Type: (Temporary. Fixed Term) up to 30 September 2018

Salary & Benefits: BDT. 368,562 per annum (13 months) gross with other benefits as per Oxfam policy

We are urgently looking for a dynamic team player who will work with the Emergency Response team under Oxfam in Bangladesh.
To support and strengthen the delivery of a quality programme and accountability mechanisms both at partners and Oxfam levels.
The post holder reports to Sr. MEAL Officer.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:

  • Graduation in relevant subject.
  • At least 3 to 6 months working experience to work with MEAL Team
  • Able to speak Chittagong language;
  • Possess good communication skills and demonstrates respect and patience in handling the calls and managing the help desks;
  • Good interpersonal skills, liaising with different programme teams;
  • Previous experience in a similar post is an advantage;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • MS Office proficient – MS Word and Excel;
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
