Job responsibility:
- Making Plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
- To be responsible for leading sales team to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
- Must be able to lead a team as well as meet his own targets.
- Lead the team for daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.
- Able to find new corporate and individual customer who are eligible to buy our product.
- Must be experienced in negotiating price and payment schedules.
- Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
- Responsible for preparing reports, Supervision and monitoring of the team activity.
- Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Education Requirement:
Master degree in any discipline (Preferably Marketing) from any reputed university.
Additional Requirement:

- The Applicants should have experience in land marketing 6-8 years
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication & Negotiation skill.
