Job Description / Responsibility:
- Monitor attendance and keep records properly.
- Manage leave of employees as per company policy.
- Prepare monthly salary statement on time.
- Coordinate with other department and offices in factory level.
- Prepare and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher management.
- File official documents in proper manner, follow up with renewals and maintain liaison with public and private offices for related matters.
- Maintain personnel record and other documents of all fulltime employees, consultants and contractors.
- Ensure that development and performance reviews are conducted according to schedule , in collaboration with department heads and supervisors
- Assist with processes of recruitment, selection and placement of staff
- Assess staff concerns on compensation packages and initiate periodic review and revision
- Provide employee orientation for all newly hired staff.
- Maintain leave records of local staff in consultation with Finance department.
- Counseling and advising on personal or career related matters.
- Liaise with department heads on the development of up-to-date Job Description.
- Arrange all kinds of training needed of the employee to make them effective capital for the company.
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

Educational Requirements:
- MBA /Masters ( Major in HRM ) from any reputed university
- Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will be given preference
Work Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 year(s)
- In-depth knowledge on HR operations, policy and procedure.
- Sound leadership quality with excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Should be a self-starter and proactive.
- Strong People Management.
- Capable to Work under pressure
- Strong skill on Microsoft Office Packages especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Good problem solving skills
Salary Range: Negotiable
