Job Description / Responsibility:
- The principal responsibility of the quality assurance manager is to make sure quality of the services and products provided by the organization.
- Review the business statistics and then determine areas requiring enhancement.
- Should be able to inspect the samples and formulate policies concerning improvement of the present quality standards.
- Should supervise whether the production takes place contouring to the rules and regulations regarding standards.
- Should be able to research into the efficiency of the standards.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales department when it comes to customer requirements.
- Should be able to solve issues, accumulate data, examine them and consider a logical conclusion.
- Good report writing skills.
- Should be familiar with the methodologies, tools and concepts of quality management.
- Should have excellent planning skills & should be able to lead production through to completion.
- Should be able to determine the areas of improvement and document them.
- Review existing policies and develop new plans to improve the existing quality system.
Job Location:
Mongla EPZ, Mongla, Bagerhat
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (B.Sc. Engineer in EEE will be an added advantage) from reputed institution.
- Minimum 4 years’ working experience in the same field.
- Having experience in quality control of product of any electrical & electronic industry will be preferable.
Work Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 year(s)
- Sound leadership quality with excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Should be a self-starter and proactive.
- Strong People Management.
- Capable to Work under pressure
- Strong skill on Microsoft Office Packages especially in Microsoft Excel.
