Terms of Reference (TOR)

Programme Coordinator

Background:

Kindernothilfe (KNH) is currently in the process of strategically developing its country programme in Bangladesh. This includes at least a temporary expansion of the programme to include a response to the refugee crisis in Cox’s Bazar as well as strategic realignment of the long term development portfolio with the results of a child rights situation analysis to be conducted in 2018. It is foreseen that this will lead to a further expansion of the country programme which in turn will lead to an increase in coordination tasks. KNH is therefore planning to build its team in Bangladesh and it is against this background that KNH is seeking the services of a consultancy in order to identify suitable candidates for the position of a programme coordinator. Eminence Associates is working here for this recruitment as a local representative of KNH in Bangladesh.
