Job Responsibilities

• Source right suppliers and analysis on their capability / capacity, factories and products
  
• Experienced in price negotiation and cost calculation
  
• Proactively develop categories of product handled and explore new direct import opportunity, identify potential products – new items
  
• Ensure product quality, delivery and price objectives are met our requirements
  
• Generate / compile formal / relevant business reports to manage the business
  
• Follow-up orders from sampling, production to delivery 
  
• Manage all arising issues and ensure effective solutions

Educational Requirements: Masters Degree

Experience Requirements 

• 6 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Merchandising, Purchase
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Retail/Shops

• The applicants must have experience in the following areas: Textile Industry, manufacturing, trading, buying offices and merchandising
  
• Must have experiences in German Market.
  
• Good sourcing knowledge & familiar with standard of textile quality requirements 
  
• With strongly desire in obtaining exposure in multi-national business, working with people from different nationalities and gaining full visibility of supply chain process
  
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
  
• Initiative, aggressive and willing to take challenges
  
• Excellent command in both oral and writing English & Bengali, as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point 
  
• Self-motivated, independent and have a strong sense of responsibility
  
• Prepared to travel abroad and visit factories
  
• Should be able to work under pressure
