We are currently searching for a Junior Sales Manager- Jeanologia Bangladesh
Mission
Reporting to the Director of Bangladesh subsidiary., candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the business strategy and implantation of the company, managing the team in charge and coordinating the necessary actions while leading commercial activity in constant contact with customers.

Job Function
- To define the business strategy for each market.
- To maintain a constant contact with strategic customers making frequent visits.
- To identify opportunities.
- To direct, manage, motivate and train the sales team - agents.
- To coordinate customer service, solving and anticipating any need our customers may have. Manage, motivate and lead the local technical team.
- To coordinate and deal with all administrative, logistical and financial needs of the company, always in contact with headquarters in Spain.
- To coordinate and solve the legal needs of the company.
- To participate and lead the new projects of the subsidiary.
Qualifications
- We are searching for a professional specialized in the field of garment finishing, passionate about the world of denim, customer& sales-oriented, who knows the specificities of the Bangladesh market.
- Highly Proactive candidate, with excellent business insight and negotiation skills.
- With management skills and experience in team management, strategy design, organization and work planning.
- Fluent in English would be desirable.
Education:
- Textile engineering or degree in Management are preferred.
Experience
- One Year Experience is Preferred or Freshers can apply also
