Job Description: Service Manager, Dhaka,Japan Solartech BD Limited

Job Description:

  • Develop service strategy or Batteries to maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Forecast service requirement and deploy resources accordingly.
  • Stuffing on for service maintenance.
  • Plan, deploy and manage automation in service management
  • Develop attractive service schemes to attract customers and increase loyalty.
  • Manage complain database for continuous service improvement.
  • Align service strategy with company strategy.
  • Lead and manage service technician team and empower them with necessary support from internal and external source.
  • Managing service capacity as per operational planning from business development.
  • Prepare monthly and half yearly service report and present to management.
  • Assist management in Budgeting for service assurance.

Other Requirements

  • Direct experience in supervising both management and administrative associates is required .
  • Ability to direct, develop and motivate a team of salaried associates.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to grow sales base.
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and capable of resolving contract and product issues.
  • Knowledge of Batteries and UPS/Power Products desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
  • Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Lead change management across

Job Nature: Full-time 

Educational Requirements

  • Candidates having experience working in Battery sales and distribution are encouraged to apply.
  • B.Sc engineer from any university (foreign/ Local) will be preferable.

Experience Requirements: 2 to 5 year(s)
