Executive – Human Resources & Administration

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Provide support to supervisor and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff and supervisors on human resource and work related issues.
  • Assist in staff recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employee welfare and recognition.
  • Responsible for updating & filing all personnel records, staff attendance record and leave administration.
  • Responsible for preparing HR & related reports for regional reporting and filing on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for working with local Accounts to coordinate the monthly payroll process.
  • Perform other related duties as required

Job Nature:  Full-time 

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA from any public and renowned private university.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in multinational or international company.
IT Requirements

  • Must have advanced knowledge in MS Office Package
  • Basic operating knowledge in HRIS

Additional Job Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 30 year(s)
  • The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality.
  • Fluent in English and Bengali.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Familiar with labor law, HR practices and policies.
