Territory Officer

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Recruiting SR/CSR to run successful distribution of company products
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target set by the company.
  • Motivate sales team to get the work done & achieve the target.
  • Execute all marketing & sales activities according to the plan of the organization.
  • Monthly Sales report preparation as required by management.
  • Responsible for overall professional relationship development and create business opportunity
  • Development new Distributor and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends, product packaging, and service changes, tracking competitors.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and developing effective counter measures.
  • Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets and corporate goals
  • Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
  • Plan, develop, and direct the marketing efforts for dedicated brands in tobacco category.
  • Assist in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.

Job Nature:  Full-time 

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA from any public and renowned private university.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year or Maximum 2 years in Direct Tobacco selling.

Additional Job Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 30 year(s)
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality.
  • Good leadership, execution skill, strongly challenge encountering attitude and ability to manage a highly result oriented sales team. Fluent in English and sound computer proficiency.
  • Able to work under pressure.
